PAULA TODD
President
Paula founded Innovations PSI, Inc. in 1985 to provide personalized recruitment services to the financial services industry. For 38 years, she has assisted companies in their quest to identify and hire the top talent needed to achieve business goals. Paula prides herself on establishing and maintaining relationships with her clients and strives to maintain a record of customer satisfaction and excellence. Forming strong ties to both companies and individuals has allowed Innovations to be a leading provider of talent recruitment in the financial services. Paula is also active at the Wells Fargo Advisory Committee and at the Glide Memorial.
Laura Kent
Senior Vice President
Laura Kent is a Senior Vice President at Innovations with a BA from the University of California, Santa Barbara. A Bay Area native with over 30 years of experience, she has placed countless candidates in many industries, including Finance, Technology, Hedge Funds, and Consumer companies. Laura partners with her candidates and clients to understand just what they are looking for and has the knack for finding the perfect match! Laura has maintained strong relationships with her candidates over the years, many of whom have advanced and are now clients who hire from Innovations. In her free time, Laura volunteers for a non-profit that studies rare diseases in hopes of finding treatment options. She also enjoys spending time at the beach with her family and a highly energetic and adorable standard poodle, Stone!
Laura Geranen
Senior vice president
Laura is a Senior Vice President in the Direct Hire Division. She joined Innovations PSI as an Associate in 1993 and has worked as a recruiter both in San Francisco and overseas throughout most of her career. Laura enjoys hiking, biking, and sailing. She spent a year sailing through the South Pacific to New Zealand, where she enjoyed diving, filming underwater sea life, and experiencing other cultures with friends. Laura is a fourth-generation San Francisco Bay Area native with a background in yacht racing and local triathlon competition.
Luigi DiRienzo
Executive recruiter
Luigi DiRienzo is an Executive Recruiter at Innovations PSI. Luigi started as a Staff Accountant at a CPA firm and, after 7 years of consistent growth, became an Experienced Senior Accountant seeking his next career path. Luigi’s industry expertise has made him a subject matter expert for both clients and candidates. He holds his dual Master’s in Public Accounting and Finance from Iona College. Luigi enjoys traveling – once he visits Antarctica, he can check off all the continents from his bucket list.
Jeremy Burns
Recruiting & Marketing Coordinator
Caitlin is a Recruiting and Marketing Coordinator at Innovations PSi. A graduate of California Polytechnic State University, Pomona, with a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, she joined the team with a passion for client experience honed during her time with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. When she's not at work, Caitlin can be found baking in her kitchen, exploring and supporting local bakeries, working on a DIY project, or enjoying quality time with her family and dog, Maui. As a former club volleyball player who competed at the national level, Caitlin brings the same dedication and team spirit to the work we do at Innovations.
Jeremy Burns
Executive recruiter
Jeremy specializes in temporary and contract placements. He focuses on creating genuine relationships and building successful partnerships with both clients and candidates. Before joining Innovations PSI, Jeremy spent over 15 years in luxury hospitality operations, including time with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, where he honed his skills in leadership, problem-solving, and delivering exceptional service. Outside of work, Jeremy is a dedicated baseball dad and coach, spending much of his time at the ballfield with his family.
